JANUARY COLORING CONTEST

  BASIC CONTEST RULES:

• Eligibility and Participation: All entries must be colored by children ages 5yrs–11yrs.

• Coloring Materials: Only crayons or colored pencils may be used.

• Submission Deadline: All artwork must be submitted by midnight Central Standard Time (CST) on the specified due date for that month’s contest.

• Submission by Parents/Guardians: Only parents or legal guardians may upload contestant information and entries on behalf of their child.

• Prize Categories: For months with multiple grand or second-place prizes (excluding sweepstakes), winners will be selected separately within each age group: 5–7 years and 8–11 years. For months with a single grand prize, it will be awarded as an overall prize regardless of age group.

• Prize Claim Requirements: Grand prize winners must submit a photo of their child holding their coloring page by replying to the winning notification email within seven days. This photo grants us permission to use it for all digital marketing purposes. Failure to provide it will result in forfeiture of the prize.

• Prize Payment: All prize checks will be made payable to the parent or legal guardian’s name.

• One Grand Prize Limit: Each contestant may win only one grand prize across all months. If selected for a grand prize after already winning one, they will be awarded a second-place prize instead.
